A 22-YEAR-OLD NSW woman is facing assault charges after a pub owner was allegedly glassed.

POLICE say the woman and a group of people were refused entry to a licensed premises on High Street, Hillston, in western NSW, about 6.30pm on Friday.

It's alleged the woman then struck the 38-year-old pub owner on the back of his head with a schooner glass, causing minor injuries.The woman was arrested at her home a short time later.
